Learning Modules: Mapping For New Self-paced Learning - Learning Assessment Scenarios

We had read the detailed use case comparison for offering vs Self-paced and Event, and found out the learning assessment scenarios are not covered and would like to seek advice from Oracle.

We try to follow the logics for the use case, but as course is optional, we would like to know which configuration should we use, following Oracle's recommendation.

For example, in the old structure, for Course A: learning can choose between option 1: Self-paced learning with assessment, and Option 2: Event with assessment. According to our understanding, for option 1, it can only be mapped into learning path as "Learning Assessment" cannot be configured under the event or the self-paced learning, it can only be standalone self-paced learning and we need to associate it with the self-paced learning. For option 2, it also has to be put into the learning path. But learning paths cannot be put into a course, so we would like to how should we
