Can we split planned orders manually

Summary:

Hi Team,

Is there a way to split planned order qty. Say if it is 10 qty, I want to release only 5 now, then 1 tom, then 4 later. How can we spilt planned orders? This is only for Make items. We are releasing these orders to external source systems. We are not using manufacturing cloud though
