Redwood Search Indexing and ACL ESS Processes-Recommended Execution Order, Dependencies, Scheduling

Hi Oracle,

We are currently implementing Redwood functionality across various Oracle modules and, as part of this work, we are reviewing the associated ESS processes and indexes that need to be run.

Could you please confirm:

Whether the ESS processes/indexes need to be run in a specific order.

Whether each process should be allowed to complete before the next one is started.

How frequently these processes should be run.

Which processes should be run following environment refreshes, upgrades/releases or the enablement of new Redwood functionality, and which, if any, should run on a regular schedule.

Whether there are any dependencies between the indexing and ACL processes that we should be aware of.
