How Do the Resume Parser and Skills work in Job Application Rating?

Hi all,

We are reviewing the Job Application AI Rating feature in Oracle Recruiting 25C documentation and would appreciate clarification on two points:

1. Resume parser: The documentation says that, when a candidate uploads a resume, it is parsed to extract information used for the AI ratings. Which component performs this parsing? Is the resume parser included in the feature, or does it require separate activation or configuration?
2. Skills rating: We do not currently use skills, at the moment we are setting the skills rating to 0 by default. Could this lower the candidate’s overall rating? Would setting the skills weight
