Idp initiated URL not working after Identity Upgrade

We used Idp initiated links earlier and they were working until we had identity upgrade. After the recent identity upgrade, they no longer work.

This was the earlier format:

https://pod.xx.yy.oraclecloud.com/oamfed/sp/initiatesso?providerid=SSONAME&returnurl=https://pod.xx.yy.oraclecloud.com/fscmUI/redwood/person-documentrecords/documentrecords/documentrecords-list

After the upgrade, this link no longer works.

I also tried amending the provider id to the value seen in cloud console for the respective pod. For example, in the above URL, I replaced the SSONAME with idcs-xxxxxx.identity.oraclecloud.com, idcs-xxxxx , etc and tried out different values to see if it's an issue due to provider id but I always end up getting 404 error:
