Failed to create document: 500 Service Internal Error when adding a file to a Document Tool
Hi all,
I need to add a document to a Document Tool and associate the tool with an agent. In AI Agent Studio > Resources > Tools tab, I opened Document Tool for Job Offer Creation Agent and followed these steps:
- In the Documents section, clicked Add.
- Entered a name and description for the document.
- Uploaded the file and clicked Save.
- Planned to change the document status to Ready to Publish.
However, when I click Save, I receive this error:
Failed to create document: 500 Service Internal Error.
The error occurs before I can set the status to Ready to Publish.
What could cause this, and what should I check to resolve it?
