Removing learner from recurring assignment profile

Summary:

Prior to Redwood, if a learner was in an assignment profile group and no longer needs to take the training we would go into Edit Assignment and override the assignment rules to make it no longer need a reoccurrence and would then withdrawal them from the assignment. Edit Assignment is no longer available. How do we accomplish this in Redwood?
