Users are needing to click "update" multiple times when updating delivery

Summary:

When accessing the drawer to update cost center and/or project information on a requisition line many users are having trouble submitting the changes. They hit "update" and nothing happens. They either have to clear cache, click multiple times or wait some time and try it again. This seems to happen intermittently. Is there any process or patch that could help?
