Error in requisitions stating "The job requisition you are trying not exist"

Over the past couple of weeks recruiters will randomly get the following error message, while working in active requisitions. This will cause them to back out of the area they are in, in order to return back to the task they are trying to complete. It is never in the same area, most recently it was interview invites. Is this commonly happening to anyone else?
