Search and Adjust Project Cost by range of periods or financial year/quarter

Summary:

Our business users want to search and adjust the transactions for particular financial year (e.g. Jul-25 to Jun-26) or quarter (Jul-25 to Sep-25)
In R12 e-Business suite they can search by provider/receiver GL accounting date and do the mass adjustment. This no longer the case in fusion.

Users are related frustrated.
Manage Cost Distribution Lines is only useful to search by period but we can't adjust from there.
