Approval History is Not Visible on the Transaction Page

Hello Experts,

We have encountered an issue in Production with the Termination Approval Workflow, where the employee is unable to view the Approval History in the Approval History section of the notification page. However, the same history is accessible through the View Transaction History button at the top of the notification page.

We have performed the following checks so far:

  • Confirmed that the employee account is active.
  • Verified that there are no issues with the assigned roles or privileges.
  • Confirmed that the Approval History is visible on other notification pages for the same employee.
  • Verified that the relevant profile option for viewing notifications is enabled.
