How to suppress Parent Metadata HDL from getting generated based on the number of Child Metadata HDL

in HCM Data Loader (HDL)

We have a transformation formula that generates HDL metadata for Schedule Request. Based on the .dat file metadata of the Schedule request, it has a parent metadata and two child metadata.

Apparently, we are having a blocker in suppressing the Parent metadata to only generate once. It keeps on generating based on the number of the child data.

I attached the FF and the zip file of the generated .dat file.
