Learn how passkeys work URL Not Working

in Applications Security

I'm testing the new MFA passkey option in our DEV2 instance. When uses select passkey as an option, the next screen has a link for end user to learn how they work. It also forces them to select the checkbox that they have read it. However, the link is broken and takes them to an unknown page. Has anyone else encountered this?
