Encountered Issue in Page Customization after 26C upgrade

I need guidance on a Page Composer customization on the Shipment page following our Oracle Fusion 26C upgrade. Our goal is to add a Fetch Rates button that opens a dialog containing a deployed VBCS page, passing the Shipment Number as a URL parameter.

The Fetch Rates HTML Markup Component customization worked before the 26C upgrade. After the upgrade, we are seeing different behavior: entering the same HTML markup code in the component’s Expression Editor produces the error, “The expression contains unsafe method calls which are not allowed.”

Has anyone experienced this after upgrading to 26C? If so, could you share the workaround or recommend a solution for opening the VBCS page in a closable dialog and passing the Shipment Number.
