Redwood: Create or Edit Job Offer - Unable to default Salary Basis based on Job Overtime Status

Hi Experts,

We are currently testing Redwood pages for Create or Edit Job Offer action. We had a autocomplete rule in Responsive UI to default Salary Basis. But the business rule in Redwood is not working

We have tried different combinations. But its not working

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
