Does Learning Outcome which is under employee talent profile expire when Learning item expire

Summary:

Learner enrolled from Learning Assignment Profile from admin, which has expiry date, be a (Course/SPL/Learning Path) learning item which has Learning Outcome as Internal Training.

What happens when the learning item for the learner record expires. Does the Learning Outcome which sits to the Employee talent Profile, do that too expires or just remains as it is in the Talent Profile Section.
