How to edit and update the open date of negotiation once it is approved

Summary:

Client request if to extend the Open date of negotiation after approval without creating an amendment

Redwood: Update Schedule for Approved Negotiations — Oracle doc shows to update schedule - but I dont see this option

I can only do Update but the Open date field is not enabled to updated as shown in below screeshot
