Unable to find PO on Receive Expected Shipments screen

in Inventory Management

Summary:

  1. The client is still on Classic UI for now.
  2. We have a Drop Ship Purchase Order in Open state.
  3. The deliver to organization on the PO is "PDP".
  4. On Receive Expected Shipments screen (for org PDP) when I open the search window for PO field I can find my PO there, however, after selecting the PO when I click on search action it does NOT return any results.
  5. My user account has both Receiving Agent and Receiving Specialist data access for org PDP.

Any suggestions please?
