How to set the Read Only Mode for Result Column in Inspection Page in VBS?

There is a requirement to set the result column as read only for the completed inspection.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Navigation: Supply Chain Execution → Quality Management → Inspection → Open one inspection which is completed Inspection Disposition

For the Completed Inspection Disposition page, when we click Edit under Actions, the Result column should be in read-only mode. Currently, it is editable. How to make this Result column read-only on the Redwood page?
