Tax Box Return Preparation Report shows invoices with incorrect tax amount

Hi,

I have setup Tax allocation rules for UK. My report output when run shows invoices with incorrect tax amount. It shows two lines for one invoices, one line has correct tax amount but other has incorrect tax amount.

Can somebody help with what could be the reason? and How should I fix it?
