What does ApproveProjectTask workflow do?

Summary:

The BPM task- ApproveProjectTask, by the name of it seems to be associated to project task approval workflow. But on UI we dont see any option to submit the task.

I am not able to get any documentation also on the same.

Would like to know more about this and related documentation.
