Team Member Dashboard vs My Work

Summary:

Under Team Member Dashboard I am able to see all tasks assigned to myself, project tasks and to do tasks. Under My Work area nothing comes up. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Also when I try to open the task from the Quick Progress under Team Member Dashboard, I can't enter any progress, it shows as Null.
