We would like to clarify how read receipts are handled for Purchase Order (PO) email notifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.

When a PO is emailed from Oracle Fusion, the recipient may receive a read receipt prompt in Microsoft Outlook asking whether to send a receipt to the sender. In our case, the sender's email address follows this format:

[environment].bi.sender@workflow.mail.us2.cloud.oracle.com

We would like to know the following:

  1. Where can we find or view the read receipt sent by the recipient in Oracle Fusion Cloud?
  2. Is the read receipt captured or tracked in Oracle Fusion, such as in the PO communication history, notification history, or workflow logs?
