Hello experts,

we've seen that sometimes the line manager is defaulted as the user who is performing the transaction, while sometimes the line manager is defaulted with the department's manager. We are not using Position Synchronization, therefore the line manager does not depend on the chosen position, but how the defaulting rules works specifically if Position Synchronization is not enabled? Are there differences for each of the employment processes?
