How to Extract Scenario Status from FCCS. i.e. Locked, Unlocked status

I need assistance with extracting specific data from FCCS, including the Approval Unit status and open periods for different scenarios. I want to understand the difference between Approval Unit status Open and Period Status Open in the Consolidation Process, and I need periods for which consolidation can run. Additionally, I require a CSV export, preferably via OIC, and I need to know what other dimensions are available besides Scenario and Period.
