How to unhide Action Reason field on Redwood Individual Compensation Page

in Visual Builder Studio for HCM

I see there are options to added action reasons to the manage individual compensation action, however, there is not an action reason field on the Redwood Individual Compensation page. I also do not see it as an option to expose in Visual Studio Builder, unless I am missing it. Is this possible and how can it be done?
