TIL issue : Unable to submit timecard

Issue summary:

When submitting a timecard for an employee eligible for Time-in-Lieu (TIL), the submission fails with:

"The earned date of the compensatory time transaction must be between the plan enrollment start and end dates."

What I have already verified:

  • The employee is eligible for TIL.
  • The employee is enrolled correctly in the TIL / compensatory accrual plan (enrollment start/end dates confirmed).
  • In the OTL log, TIL hours are being calculated correctly and assigned via:OUT_MEASURE_ARY_TIMEINLIEU[nidx] = l_til_measure

What I suspect / need help diagnosing:

  • The TIL hours appear correct, but I believe the earned date
