Requisition Approvals via Job level in the UI not BPM Min and Max Job Level

We are looking for advise or guidance on the below scenario.

We are looking at Requisition approvals and our client is looking to use Min / max job levels or between.

Example of what we have is below.

Requisition approvals written

If Req is under 10k send to an approver who has job level min 105 but not above 199

If req is between 10k-100k send to an approve who has job level min 110 not above 199

We have people who have job levels in the 200's that we dont want to approve the requisitions.

Is there any solution for this?
