Approval not saved, “No process found for moduleIdentifier” on reopen

When I create a new Approval in AI Agent Studio, it appears to save without any error, but the approval process is never actually registered in the backend. It does not show up in Workflows, and reopening the approval returns a “No process found” error.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to AI Agent Studio and create a new Approval (e.g. identifier TEST_XXXX_APPROVAL_R1).
2. Complete and save the configuration. No error or validation message is shown; the UI behaves as if the save succeeded.
3. Go to Workflows to reference/select the approval. The newly created approval does not appear in the list.
