Hi,

Is it possible to configure the Expenses Agent through MS Teams, or another chat app, instead of emails? Or even an interactive chat within Oracle Fusion itself?

We are not live yet, but my thoughts, and feedback from users, are that email interactions with the agent are too slow. Especially in the case of a business trip with multiple expenses, and therefore multiple email conversations.

I don't want to deviate too much from my original question, but one particular barrier we are seeing is that projects are not defaulted in and the agent always asks for project and task to be manually typed in via the email.
