Maximize refreshing the AI Agent window

Summary: AI Agent – Conversation History Lost When Minimizing and Maximizing Chat Window

We have observed an issue with the AI Agent chat window where an ongoing conversation is unexpectedly refreshed when the user minimizes and subsequently maximizes the window.

Instead of restoring the existing conversation, the AI Agent displays its initial welcome screen, causing the previous conversation history to disappear.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Start a Conversation: Open the AI Agent and initiate a conversation. Verify that the Agent responds and the conversation is active.
  2. Minimize the Window: Click the Minimize/Collapse icon (arrows facing toward each other). The conversation window collapses successfully.
