CV preview not visible

We are experiencing an issue in Oracle Recruiting Redwood where candidate resumes can't be displayed in the preview section. Instead of the document content, a broken document icon is shown.

Could you please confirm whether this is a known issue and advise which validations can be performed to identify the root cause? We would also appreciate any information regarding relevant logs, backend checks, or known fixes/workarounds.
