I have a question regarding the Redwood Job Profiles page for specific compensation roles as current security architecture and VBCS page configurations do not allow for restricting the Redwood Job Profiles page to read-only access. Even with custom duty roles or VBCS personalization, the users assigned to these roles retain edit privileges. We require a mechanism to ensure these pages are strictly read-only to prevent unauthorized modifications.

  1. Firstly we require specific user groups, such as Compensation roles to view Job Profiles without the ability to modify them. Maintaining strict read-only access is critical for data integrity, ensuring that compensation teams can review job details without inadvertently altering core HR configurations.
