Function to check if the requestor is a manager in DOR Workflow

When a DOR is submitted by the manager, need to check if the requestor is the Manager of the employee:

Using this condition in the rule, results in error as 'DocumentOfRecordApprovalPayloadType.Workers's Assignment.result.requestManager' is not returning any values and stating this has multiple attributes.

DocumentOfRecordApprovalPayloadType.Workers's Assignment.result.requestManager = Task.payload.transactionApprovalRequest.Requestor

System is not liking and not allowing to save the below condition either:

GetManager("LINE_MANAGER",DocumentOfRecordApprovalPayloadType.Workers's Assignment.result.requestManager) = Task.payload.transactionApprovalRequest.Requestor

Is there a function to retrieve the line manger of the employee, that can be used in DOR Workflow rules?
