Unable to Share Screen in Microsoft Teams Virtual Classroom Session

I would appreciate your guidance on an issue I'm encountering with a Microsoft Teams meeting launched from Oracle Learning Virtual Classroom.

Scenario:

  • I am the instructor/facilitator for a virtual instructor led training offering.
  • The Microsoft Teams meeting link was generated through my named Virtual Classroom account in Oracle Learning.
  • I also enrolled myself in the same offering as a participant for testing purposes.
  • When I launch the Teams meeting link from my Outlook calendar, the Share (screen sharing) button is grayed out and unavailable.

Questions:

  1. Does enrolling in the same offering as a participant affect presenter permissions in the Teams meeting?
