Override Sevice Connection's Authentication in VBCS

Hello,

I have a VBCS application where I have set up a backend for my Fusion pod. The authentication being used for the backend is "Oracle Cloud Account".

I have a bunch of service connections based on this backend but for a select few, I need to use basic authentication. I remember this was possible in previous versions of VBCS but now I am unable to override the security for individual service connections (it seems this change was made after 23.01). I don't want to use Basic auth for the entire backend.

How can I override individual service connections now? Do I have to create a separate backend? If so, will that backend still allow me to use pick and choose new service connections from the associated Fusion catalog?
