Best Practice for Dynamically Adding IL Driver’s License/MVR Language to ORC Job Postings

We are evaluating configuration options in Oracle Recruiting Cloud to support Illinois HB 4758.

Our use case requires us to identify Illinois requisitions where driving is an essential function/business necessity and then dynamically include the appropriate driver’s license/MVR justification language in the external job posting.

The challenge is that the requirement cannot always be derived from the job code alone. In some cases, the same job may require driving based on the specific position or business need.

Has anyone implemented a solution in ORC that:

• Captures an MVR/driver’s license requirement during requisition creation;
• Uses that selection to conditionally trigger language in the job posting; and
