How can we allow training opt-out based on pre-test results?

Our goal is to allow learners to opt-out of the remainder of a course based on pre-test results, while requiring unsuccessful participants to complete the remaining activities and a post test.

We have a course consisting of a pre-test, followed by several content activities, and a final assessment. Our goal is to allow those who “pass” the pre-test to obtain completion credit for the entire course without the need to experience the content activities or final assessment. Those who do not pass the pre-test would have to complete the remainder of the course and pass the final assessment to obtain credit.
