New Fusion Data Extract API Partial Content Returned

Hello,

I have been using the Data Extract API to try to pull data in bulk from Oracle Fusion. I noticed that in one case, when trying to pull journal data, the resulting zip file could not be read for one of the zip files. I realized that the reason is because I received a 206 response from Oracle, indicating a partial content response.

The endpoint I am using is:

https://…/api/saas-batch/jobfilemanager/v1/jobRequests/[requestid]/outputFiles/[filename].zip/content

When I check the headers on the response, I can see:

'Content-Range': 'bytes 0-33554431/35721783'

In most cases, when streaming the results of a request, I should be able to send a "Range" header indicating which range of bytes to use. Any time I try to send this header though, I get a 400 error. For example, I tried:
