View Approvers and Document History shows different Approvers when approval is done through a Shared view

In the example below , Sheree has created a shared view with Alex which shows all her requisition approval tasks
Alex has approved the requisition approval through the shared view on 22-Oct 3.41pm. This is correctly displayed as Approved by Sheree in the View Approvers (Since this was done by shared worklist by Alex).

However once the requisition is approved, this is know shown differently that Alex has approved (22-Oct 3.41pm.). TAC also shows the same.
