2012 Learning Plans

I am relevantly new at the Taleo system.  We just rolled it out to the company the end of July.  I have created 87 learning plans for 2011.  Can someone please tell me that I will not have to redo these learning plans for 2012.  Is there a process that mirrors the current learning plans?  Suggestions would be great especially from companies who have used this system longer than a year.  Thanks!
