Ability to add a change order status to workflow after Completed

Summary:

We need the ability to introduce an additional status after Completed in the change order workflow to track tasks for downstream supply chain activities. Once a change order is completed, several activities may still need to be executed across SCM modules, including sourcing rule creation, price book updates, work definition creation, planning data collections, and purchase order and work order cancellations or rework.

Introducing a dedicated post-completion status would provide greater visibility into these activities, enable tracking of outstanding tasks, and help ensure all required downstream actions are completed before the change order is considered fully closed.
