Prod Enablement Configuration and AI Token Estimation for ORC 26C Job Application Insights Scheduler

We would like to enable the Job Application Insights Scheduler workflow agent, introduced in Oracle Recruiting Cloud 26C, in our production environment. The agent is currently enabled in Dev4 for initial evaluation.
