Custom HR Specialist role: Pending Worker Convert/Edit greyed out

in Human Capital Management

Hi all,

We have a custom HR Specialist job role created as a trimmed copy of the seeded Human Resource Specialist. Users with this role can open the Pending Workers page and see the list, but we're hitting two issues:

  1. The banner "Permission is required to view this content. Please contact your help desk to get access." shows on the page, and the same error appears when clicking into any individual pending worker.
  2. On the row ⋯ menu, Convert, Quick Convert, Edit Pending Worker, and Change Employment Start Dates are greyed out (Add and Cancel Work Relationship work fine).
