Has anyone connected Fusion agent to Autonomous DB via MCP based Tool?

There are three type of network access level types provided by Oracle for configuring Autonomous DB. Screen below. This above link refers to which connection option from the three? I suppose the first or the second one.

Our Autonomous DB uses 'Private endpoint access only' - third one. Is there any way to make the above POC work with Private endpoint access only?

Also, has anyone successfully created a MCP tool in 26C or 26D? I see this blocker message 'Complete the required fields before saving', but there is no field with missing information.
