Is anyone getting Onboarding System Errors after the release of Taleo 26A.5?

Oracle Applications Cloud Taleo 26A.5 was released to our staging environment last week and while doing testing, I keep encountering a system error. The error appears within any of our transitions processes when moving from task to task as a new hire. These are not new processes that I am testing, so I am having trouble understanding what is causing the error. I submitted a ticket with Oracle last week, but have not heard anything back in days. I am wondering if this is happening to anyone else who was moved to Oracle Applications Cloud Taleo 26A.5?
