Unable to complete "Edit" action during approval workflow of a Future hire date

Summary:

Hi Experts,

we have encountered the following error message:

It happens when the approver try to perform an "Edit" action during a Hiring or Add Continger worker transaction set to a future date. The approver is not able to click on "Submit" button due to this error

The person record in this scenario is still not created since the approval is still in pending due to the approval flow to be completed.


Is this a expected behavior?
What is the root of the following error?
