Hi All,

Greetings!

We are currently working on the notification setup in HR Help Desk, where email notification should be triggered to L1 and L2 people when the first response metric for the given service request is getting breached.

This is in Next Gen Helpdesk.

We have created the new triggers but those are not working.

The groovy script is not picking up the warned flag and compliance flag in the script.

Below are the script details -
