Change Order from a Purchase Requisition- application becomes unresponsive

Summary:

When we try to create a Change Order from a Purchase Requisition that already has an approved Purchase Order (PO), the application becomes unresponsive.

We attempted to update the quantity or amount, after which the application started loading but remained stuck in a continuous spinning loop. Even after refreshing the page, the loading indicator does not stop.

Due to this issue, we are unable to create Change Orders from Purchase Requisitions.
