Issues with Redwood Contract Expert and Contract Document Ingestion AI features

in Enterprise Contracts

I am currently evaluating Oracle Fusion Contracts AI capabilities in Redwood and require assistance with the following:

  1. Redwood Contract Expert
    • Contract Expert rules and policy documents have been configured ( as per doc: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/readiness/sales/26d/sfau-26d/26D-sf-automation-wn-f50677.htm)
    • Expected clauses are not being extracted or recommended based on the defined conditions and rules.
    • Looking for guidance on configuration prerequisites, policy document setup, and troubleshooting steps.

  1. Ingest Contract Documents Using AI
    • Currently configuring and testing the feature.
    • Seeking support on setup, policy document preparation, AI Agent Studio configuration, and end-to-end testing.
